Job Profile:
The Signage and Technical Document Specialist supports DFI's fleet decal and signage needs, along with creating and maintaining our internal technical documents.

Job Duties:
- Maintain inventory of commonly used signage materials.
- Manage thirdparty vendors (engraving, banner printing, etc.)
- Create and upkeep a design and production library for reliable access to signage design files and past project data.
- Create, update, improve and maintain new and existing technical documents.
- Act as the primary point of contact for technical document inquiries
- Organize and manage document database and library.
- Ensure technical manuals align with regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with the Quality, Operations, Manufacturing and Health/Safety departments.
Qualifications:
- Clean class 5 driver's license
- Strong technical writing, proof reading and editorial skills are an asset.
- Strong Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to accept new challenges and to work independently
- Active listening skills
- Proficient with uptodate graphic design software (such as Adobe Design Suite, CorelDRAW etc).
- Must be an independent selfstarter that is committed to high production while adhering to DFI's quality and safety requirements.
