What you will do:


Manage the mailbox:


  • Place incoming service calls
  • Fulfill supply orders under and without a contract
  • Follow special instructions requested by internal staff
  • Follow up on requests made by external and internal customers within 24 hours

Serving customers by phone

  • Answer incoming calls and redirect them as requested
  • Provide customer support for all technical questions adjustable by phone
  • Place service calls
  • Place orders for supplies under contract and without contract through the E Automate system via the Sales order tab

Handling customer complaints

  • Try to defuse the situation with empathy and listening
  • Try to solve the problem with the customer
  • Escalate as needed to the immediate supervisor
  • Follow up with the customer within a maximum of 24 hours

Invoicing

  • Invoice daily and monthly service calls and supply orders

What you need to succeed:


  • Fluent in English
  • Highschool diploma or GED equivalent (Post-Secondary an asset)
  • 25 years of experience in customer service
  • Excellent communication, organization and collaboration skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently with professionalism and rigor
  • Customerfocused attitude and ease of adaptation in a changing environment
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
