Job Description:


We are currently seeking a skilled Tooling Drawing Coordinator to join our team, for a project within the automotive industry.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist corporate and plant staff with Early Equipment Management requirements for new model equipment documentation and installation
  • Coordinate stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and minimize interferences
  • Act as a central point of contact for drawing and EEM documentation coordination
  • Attend tooling OEM meetings and support the timely delivery of drawings and EEM documentation
  • Utilize advanced skills in Microsoft Office software for efficient document preparation
  • Collaborate with the Engineering Service Provider to access relevant document management systems

Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Automotive Assembly Projects
  • Previous training in Early Equipment Management (EEM), WCM tools, and reviewing MPIs
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Extensive experience in mechanical tool design and pneumatic & discrete PLC controls
  • Familiarity with assembly projects and industry standards
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines
