Our day-to-day is focused on developing holistic media strategies based on insights-driven concepts for both national and local clients. Our focus is on driving revenue for RSM while leading in the areas of media innovation and branded content.

We are looking to hire a talented
FT Sales Associate to join our team in Toronto.


What you will be doing

  • Drive to exceed yearly revenue targets
  • Build/package media proposals for Sportsnet platforms to best serve client/campaign needs via targeted schedules with quick turnaround
  • Assist Account Managers with client service tasks such as: Avails, N/A replacements, Seasonal Renegotiations, integrated bookings
  • Ensure the integrity of tv and digital campaigns on a group of accounts
  • Respond to client requests using a combination of software tools and internal departments available providing client/market intelligence to best position RSM sports stations (i.e. S4M, Operative, DOMO, Insights, etc.)
  • Forecasting using SalesForce and keeping Account Managers and Senior Managers updated on your territory
  • Work collaboratively with other team members, establishing a positive solutionfocused forum to continuously learn and grow together
  • Work constructively with other departments essential to grow our business, including but not limited to Revenue Management, Commercial Traffic, Accounting Coordinate with Traffic and Digital Ad Ops
  • Investigate and negotiate all requests for credits to retain revenue wherever possible
  • Other duties as required from Account Managers and Senior Managers
