Creative Door Services, North America's largest overhead door dealer, has an immediate opening for a professional Receptionist in the Saskatoon branch.

Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, the Receptionist has an excellent phone manner, positive attitude and provides exceptional customer service to both external and internal customers.

As the first point of customer contact for the branch he/she greets customers and answers a multi-line phone system; directing calls to the appropriate department.

In addition, s/he provides administrative support to the branch; including:
filing, invoicing, mail distribution, completes purchasing and invoicing data entry, and all other aspects of office administration. This is an excellent full-time, permanent opportunity for an individual who is passionate about customer service.

Applicants shall meet the following requirements:

  • Answers a multi-line phone and accurately transfers calls to the appropriate party.
  • Processes payroll with piece rate calculations.
  • Responsible for ensuring the timely pickup and delivery of office mail, including special handling and internal mail processes.
  • Prepares quotes for Sales department.
  • Manages vehicle licensing, Certificates of Insurance for contractors, and location's employee attendance.
  • Maintain and order copy paper, toner, and other office supplies for location as well as distribution.
  • Assist with special projects as directed.
  • Light filing, typing, and invoicing as needed

Qualifications

  • 2+ years office and administrative experience required.
  • Ability to interface well with various levels of employees within the company.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with customers and external contacts inside and outside the organization.
  • Proficient in MS Office products including Word, Excel, Access, and Power Point; ability to design graphs and reports.
  • Ability and willingness to become familiar with various product lines.
  • Accurately handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Exceptional organizational skills required.
  • Ability to meet designated deadlines.

Salary:
$31,000.00-$42,000.00 per year

Education:


  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:


  • Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 2 years (preferred)
