GIC-Green, a leader in the waste management industry, is looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join our team in Burlington, Ontario.

As part of our sales team, you will play a crucial role in driving our mission for a sustainable future by generating leads, driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and managing your customer accounts.

Conduct sales activities to generate leads and drive revenue growth - Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and prospecting - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers - Present product information and demonstrations to clients - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns - Meet or exceed sales targets and goals

Must-Have Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, with an experience in Waste Management or Environmental Services preferred.
Strong business development and customer service skills.
Ability to build rapport and maintain longterm relationships.
Multilingual in English, French, and Spanish is a plus.
Experience in inside sales or telemarketing preferred.

Educational Preferences:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Skills Needed:

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Selfmotivated and resultsdriven.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
