The Opportunity:

The purpose of the role is to ensure the smooth, efficient, and professional management to four VPs within the Retail Sales Team and to effectively manage the day-to-day administrative requirements.

You will provide outstanding support in a highly organized, professional and confidential manner. You are a wizard in administrative duties with strong problem-solving skills.

Snapshot of a Day-in-the-Life:

Extensive calendar management, including arranging meetings, monitoring events and resolving conflicts
Arrange travel schedules and associated arrangements
Provide general administrative support including maintaining department distribution lists and managing Shared Drive or Teams access/approvals
Prepare and submit travel and expense reports for the leadership team accurately and on a timely basis
Review incoming correspondence and sorting based on importance and attention required
Any other responsibilities as assigned to help support the Retail Sales Leadership team.

Ability to operate independently with strong organizational skills and ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and/or requests in a fastpaced changing environment with limited daily direction
A team player with a disciplined, selfdirected, mature, professional approach to their work
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
Strong knowledge of administrative processes and internal resources
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality where required
