The Opportunity:

The purpose of the role is to ensure the smooth, efficient, and professional management to four VPs within the Retail Sales Team and to effectively manage the day-to-day administrative requirements.

You will provide outstanding support in a highly organized, professional and confidential manner. You are a wizard in administrative duties with strong problem-solving skills.


Snapshot of a Day-in-the-Life:


  • Extensive calendar management, including arranging meetings, monitoring events and resolving conflicts
  • Arrange travel schedules and associated arrangements
  • Provide general administrative support including maintaining department distribution lists and managing Shared Drive or Teams access/approvals
  • Prepare and submit travel and expense reports for the leadership team accurately and on a timely basis
  • Review incoming correspondence and sorting based on importance and attention required
  • Any other responsibilities as assigned to help support the Retail Sales Leadership team.

  • Ability to operate independently with strong organizational skills and ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and/or requests in a fastpaced changing environment with limited daily direction
  • A team player with a disciplined, selfdirected, mature, professional approach to their work
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong knowledge of administrative processes and internal resources
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality where required
