What you'll do:


The
Food Manager will perform a variety of responsibilities in the operation, ensuring alignment with our Core Values and Brand.


Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Understanding and following Heritage Co-op's Safety and Health Program and promoting a Culture of Safety including all Food Safety standards.
  • Overseeing the daytoday operations of the Erickson Food Store and achieving location goals.
  • Implementing and directing strategies to improve guest service.
  • Driving store sales and increasing profitability.
  • Assisting in talent acquisition, asset protection, safety and providing direction and leadership to the team.
  • Ensure image and cleanliness align with our Brand expectations.
  • Complete administrative duties for Food Store.


This position requires the use of equipment, including use of computer, pallet jack, point of sale system, as well as some heavy lifting.

  • You have exceptional Guest service skills with a positive attitude.
  • You have strong attention to detail as well as interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • You have previous Guest Service or leadership experience.
  • You have the ability to work effectively with others.
  • You have excellent leadership skills.
  • You are available to work flexible hours, which will include days, evenings, and weekends.
