We are looking for a Director of Corporate Development (hybrid) to join our team

• We're in search of a dynamic, seasoned Director of Corporate Development who has a passion for mergers and acquisitions and excels in a rapid-paced setting.

This role may require occasional on-site work at our offices in Saint John and Halifax, as well as potential travel to target locations as needed.

*Align acquisitions with long-term growth strategy.

• Source potential targets, build a robust pipeline.
• Negotiate and finalize acquisitions.
• Conduct due diligence and run acquisition processes on real estate opportunities.

*Minimum 5+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, or a related field

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field, MBA preferred.
• Experience in the healthcare industry, ideally in the home care sector an asset.
