Novid Inc. is an industry leader in the manufacturing of Stainless Steel agricultural products.

Quality Control - Night Shift
4 x 10 Hour Shifts Monday - Thursday, 4:00pm - 2:00am
($ $30.00/Hour + $3.00/Hour Night Shift Premium)

Starting wage dependent on qualifications
All necessary training will be provided.

Duties include but are not limited to:

Monitor to make sure all paperwork is complete and accurate
Complete QC and Customer Copy QC documents for all tanks
Monitor quality throughout the Night
Look for process and material defects
Implement nonconformance system.
Prepare Non-Conformance Reports when necessary
QC small parts while they are being fabricated.
Fill out "Rewash/Rework" forms as required.
Make proposals for best practice improvements to Quality Manager.
Assist with repairs and production where needed.
Assist in training welders

Employment requirements:

Minimum preferred educational requirement: High school diploma
Welding background required
Strong focus on quality & detail oriented
Strong work ethic
Willingness to learn
Demonstrates a positive attitude
Team player
Able to lift 50lbs
