We are seeking a friendly and professional Host/Host to join our team.As a Host/Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Your main responsibility will be to greet and seat guests, manage reservations, and assist with various tasks to ensure a smooth dining experience.

- Manage the reservation system and ensure accurate seating arrangements
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
- Assist in answering phone calls and taking reservations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station
- Communicate effectively with guests, servers, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
- Provide information about the restaurant's offerings, such as daily specials or promotions
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, or complaints in a professional manner
- Assist in coordinating waitlist during peak hours
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry (hotel, restaurant, or food service)
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to provide a positive guest experience
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members
- Proficiency in using Point of Sale (POS) systems for managing reservations and seating arrangements
- Ability to multitask and handle highpressure situations in a fastpaced environment
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and professional phone communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
