Key areas of responsibility:

This is a remote position for a summer student for the period of May 1- August 30th. The role is to support our technical teams in completing tasks to #creatingpeaceofmind for our customers.

  • Complete quality assurance on support tickets and related documents.
  • Database data entry and verification and migration.
  • Create and manage documents in a repository.
  • Run reports utilizing custom dashboards, PPT and Excel.
  • Other duties as needed.

Skill and knowledge requirements

We're flexible but these are a must:

  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Demonstrated excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently.
