What you'll do:


Client/Client Relationship Management:


  • Support the project management team and client lead with the daytoday elements of clients' programs as required.
  • Establish and build trusted and effective client relationships.
  • Assist the project management team and client lead during client meetings.
  • Prepare and organize agendas, contact reports, and additional documents as needed, including reports.
  • Provide support with communications to the client and team.
  • Support updating monthly client status meeting presentation documentation and creation of contact report.
  • Responsible for creating and maintaining desk procedures, with the support of the Project Manager, as required.

Project Delivery Support:


  • Provide daytoday client service support on projects and participate in other sector specific activities and projects as required and assigned.
  • Support updates of the project schedule, scope and scope changes and related documentation.
  • Provide support of project critical paths and timelines to meet delivery deadlines.
  • Follow guided project management fundamental procedures provided by the project management team.

Meetings and Communication

  • Coordinate and schedule project, team and client meetings as required.
  • Manage the timely flow of information and documentation of all clientrelated activity within the project team and to/from the client.

Contribute to Growth

  • Contribute to the growth of assigned accounts as directed by the project management team and client lead.

Project Scope:


  • Responsible for managing internal project workbooks created by the project management team.
  • Support with vehicle and campaign updates to our tools and ongoing programs.
  • Work with a team of digital engineers to communicate progress updates to enhancement projects.

Financial Management:


  • Leverage internal software (training to be provided) to support the management of timesheets and project financials directed by the project management team.
  • Provide support with client invoicing as per billing schedule.

What you'll have:


  • Client facing experience working in an Agency environment providing mobility experience (specific to the Automotive and/or Mobility industry).
  • Proven experience in project coordinator or related roles.
  • Postsecondary degree and/or diploma in Advertising, Digital Marketing, Project Management, or experience in related fields.
  • Familiarity with web build projects or supporting platforms.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining project documentation and reports is considered an asset.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite with strong level of proficiency using Excel (with experience navigating Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint etc.).
  • Proficiency with various project management tools, technologies, and financial processing/tools is considered an asset.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication (oral and written), presentation, and organization skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment while demonstrating strong organizational skills, attention to detail.
