Groupe Robert (Mississauga Terminal) currently has an opening for anWarehouse Inventory Supervisor.
The incumbent will carry out the duties of the position just-in-time daily to ensure that it meets the Company's objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the integrity of the physical and system inventory for customers, the availability of products.
- Responsible for inventory personnel
- Follow up with team ensuring customer requests are met.
- Solve problems as soon as they arise to ensure the productivity of our operations (operational management)
- Ensure the maintenance of compliance with procedures and documentation in place.
- Ensure communication and a good relationship with the clients and team.
- Communicate working practices, procedures and methods as needed.
- Provide feedback on continuous improvement and problem solving (quality management)
- Proceed to cyclical counts at the frequencies determined with the customer.
- Ensures the annual inventories counts are coordinated and done accordingly.
- Review daily reports (inventory drill, performance reports, inventory level, etc.) from team.
- Perform spot checks to ensure that the inventory quantities indicated in the system and those of the floor are identical.
- Demonstrates coaching and leadership skills amongst the team.
- Respond to operations in a timely manner to serve the client and at the same time allow good inventory management.
- Report any anomaly to the operations or to the Manager if these cannot be corrected.
- Perform all other tasks assigned by management.
- Ensures food safety, quality control and health and safety procedures are followed.
- Provide recommendations for process improvement.

Requirements:
- 35 years of experience in a similar position
- Leadership skills, coaching
- Administrative experience
- College diploma required (Business or Supply Chain or Procurement)
- Training in supply management or other training related to the field.
- Excellent skills in using computer systems; analytical skills.
- Ability to work standing up.
- Knowledge of Manhattan scale and SAP (an asset)
- Knowledge of controlled goods (an asset)
Job Types:
