We are hiring for a full-time Operations Coordinator you will bring experience in scheduling, operations, recruitment, and office administration. Responsible for scheduling staff and driving the non-billable overtime numbers to a minimum by applying creative and strategic scheduling solutionsManage and oversee hourly employee information changes and general communications
Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, security professionals, prospective clients, and Securiguard representatives (via phone, email, and in-person)
Oversees the organization and coordination of office operations and procedures
ensure employees have site-specific training and certifications and support them through their onboarding process
Work closely with site supervisors/managers for staffing, uniforms, certification, and supplies required for the site
Class 5 BC Driver's License and able to provide a clean driver's abstract
~ BC Security License is an asset
~ Diploma or certification in a relevant field would be considered an asset but is not required.
