Office Coordinator/Assistant responsibilities:
- Review orders and process paperwork accordingly; print orders and arrange shipping/pickup.
- Prioritize/expedite orders.
- Scan documents and ensure accuracy.
- Verify shipment details and information on orders ie. quantity, tagging information, job information.
- Receive mill orders into the system.
- Verify material on transfer trucks, confirm stock is inhouse.
- Print pick slips from warehouse and track control of copies.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar function is preferred.
- Must have a high attention to detail and be able to multitask in a fastpaced setting.
- Demonstrates exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office software.
- Hours of work: 8:00am 5:00pm (Monday to Friday).
- Eligible for company paid extended health and dental benefits after completion of probationary period.
