Office Coordinator/Assistant responsibilities:

  • Review orders and process paperwork accordingly; print orders and arrange shipping/pickup.
  • Prioritize/expedite orders.
  • Scan documents and ensure accuracy.
  • Verify shipment details and information on orders ie. quantity, tagging information, job information.
  • Receive mill orders into the system.
  • Verify material on transfer trucks, confirm stock is inhouse.
  • Print pick slips from warehouse and track control of copies.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:


  • Experience in a similar function is preferred.
  • Must have a high attention to detail and be able to multitask in a fastpaced setting.
  • Demonstrates exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office software.
  • Hours of work: 8:00am 5:00pm (Monday to Friday).
  • Eligible for company paid extended health and dental benefits after completion of probationary period.
