What the day will look like

  • The role involves a variety of tasks in various areas of the business including system configuration and implementation, data analysis, customer surveys, user training, processes, audits and reviews to enable excellent delivery of products and services to our Personal Lines customers:
  • configuration and support on our in-house system including technology enhancements and integrated services offerings, system optimization, portfolio transfers, and management reports
- liaising with I.T, and finance teams for technical support related to system changes that impact access, reporting, user and customer experience.
- developing proficiency in telephony system for support on configuration, troubleshooting, user setup, management reports, training, and service
- utilizing proficiency in Microsoft Excel for KPI and business reporting including pivot tables, formula functions, macros, VLOOKUPS, and formatting
- auditing of broker customer service through queue call review and completion of scorecard
- auditing of system data, support with data discrepancies, bordereau reports, and user training
- supporting and implementing customer surveys, reviewing and completing scorecards, reporting on findings and improvement strategies

Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Postsecondary education is an asset, College Diploma/University Degree and/or an CIP, FCIP or CAIB Diploma, RIBO licensed
  • 3 to 5 years experience working with Epic required
  • Customer service orientation and professional business acumen
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Strong organization skills and the ability to prioritize under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Professional demeanor with positive attitude.
