Financial Services Operations Administrator Responsibilities:
You will work administratively in the hub of a wealth management team, playing a vital role in operations and compliance to support clients in a variety of ways:
- Preparing client packages for financial review meetings (printing investment statements, creating asset allocation charts, adding reports, etc...).
- Conducting research on various financial market indicators.
- Processing signed paperwork returned by clients.
- Ensuring that our Client Relationship Management (CRM) database system is current with client information.
- Other administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, mailing.
- This is a fulltime position.
Core Requirements:
- Excellent speaking and writing skills. English first language.
- Attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office software.
- Experience with Dynamic 365 and SharePoint is desirable.
- Ability to work well with a team.
- Capable of prioritizing multiple tasks and working to deadlines.
- Overtime on weekends or evenings will be occasional.
- Salaried position with health and dental benefits.
- Officebased position with some work from home potential.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
$40,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
