Inovata Foods currently looking for a receptionist to work at our Tillsonburg, Ontario location. Inovata Foods Corp. is a major producer of high-quality frozen meals for prominent clients throughout North America.

SUMMARY OF FUNCTIONS:

Greet and welcome all visitors on site while supporting all departments, clerically for the Tillsonburg location.

TASKS:

Be the first pointofcontact for Inovata Foods Inc.
Greet and welcome visitors as soon as they arrive at the office.
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Ensure reception area is always tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and materials available.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries.
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
Order office supplies, support departmental purchasing and keep inventory of stock.
Keep updated records of office expenses and costs.
Coordinate company driver activities as required.
Facilitate FedEx shipments as required.
Support new employee orientation by managing the Locker Program, issuing lockers to new hires and decommissioning lockers of terminated employees.
Create and issue ID Badges and Door Access Cards to new and existing employees as needed.
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.
Other duties as assigned/required.

Knowledge:

Must possess good knowledge of purchasing basics. Must possess good computer skills (in particular Microsoft Excel). Must possess demonstrated problem-solving as well as strong interpersonal and communication skills. High level of attention to detail.

Manual Dexterity
General use of computer, calculator, photocopier, and telephone.
