Role and Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruiting strategies to attract top technical talent
Participate in recruiting events and job fairs to attract top technical talent
Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement effective onboarding programs for new hires
Stay uptodate with industry trends and developments to continuously improve recruiting strategies

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field
3+ years of experience in technical recruiting
Experience using applicant tracking systems and other recruiting tools
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to prioritize competing demands in a fastpaced environment
Familiarity with technical roles and the skills required to be successful in those roles
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Bilingualism (French/English)
