Your Role:

You will be at the forefront of our growth strategy.

Your leadership and strategic prowess will define the direction of our marketing initiatives across four regions; the US, Canada, the Netherlands, and the UK.

You will:

Craft Visionary Marketing Strategies: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience and drive market expansion.

Collaborate and Lead: Work closely with cross-functional dispersed teams to align marketing efforts with company goals, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

Global Impact: Drive our brands to the forefront of global markets, raising awareness and establishing a strong market presence.

Empower Teams: Lead, mentor, and guide a diverse and dispersed marketing team, ensuring their professional growth and the delivery of impactful campaigns.

Strategic Communication: Collaborate with department Directors to harmonize and deploy the company's mission and strategy over the next - 5 years.

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
A visionary marketing leader with over 10 years of experience in a similar role.
Proven success in creating and executing innovative marketing strategies that drive brand growth and market expansion.
Exceptional leadership skills with a track record of developing and mentoring highperforming marketing teams.
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, coupled with a creative and analytical mindset.
Experience in collaborating with crossfunctional teams and aligning marketing efforts with company objectives.
Experience in managed internal and external remote teams
