Salary Range:
$24 - $32/hour (Flat Rate).

With that being said, please find a list below of some of the roles and responsibilities expected from someone in this position:

  • Competent understanding of repair procedures and vehicle design
  • Follow all safety and technical guidelines
  • Take direction from General Manager and Nonproduction staff when required
  • Maintain all employees' standards and respect team members and facility/equipment
  • Attend training/certification courses when required
  • Onsite a minimum of 8 hours per workday
  • Ensure parts are not stored in vehicles and are put away safely
  • Check parts accuracy before the vehicle goes to paint
  • Read work order completely throughout the repair process, and doublecheck at the end of repairs
  • Consistently deliver highquality and timely work.
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Autobody Collision experience
  • A team player who is focused on providing exemplary customer service
  • Ability to multitask in a fastpaced work environment
  • Strong organizational skills and detailoriented
  • Working knowledge of computers
