Job Duties:
- Supervise and provide guidance to crews and oversee crews on a fulltime regular basis.
- Review all work orders and project documentation to ensure thorough preparation for the installation of telecommunications infrastructure.
- Analyze drawings to determine installation methods, necessary tools, and equipment.
- Collaborate with crew members and project management office members to assess equipment requirements and ensure timely procurement and transportation of materials to project sites.
- Brief crews on the project plan, outlining the sequence of job procedures.
- Conduct training sessions and provide handson assistance to ensure work is performed safely and efficiently.
- Initiate utility locates requests for each project.
- Manage project billing accurately and efficiently.
- Complete daily tailgate, safety, and risk assessment documents with precision.
- Ensure compliance with company health and safety policies during all work activities.
- Act as a point of contact for client representatives, the public, and operations management to address and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure adherence to project specifications and drawings throughout the installation process.
- Provide support during emergency situations outside of regular business hours.
- Maintain vehicles assigned to crews in optimal condition and ensure compliance with CVOR requirements.
- Prepare weekly timesheets for all crew members accurately and promptly.
- Fulfill any additional duties as assigned to achieve company objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of previous Aerial Lineman experience.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience working with aerial devices;
- Minimum of 1 year in a leadership position is an asset.
- Be able to operate vehiclemounted aerial device equipment.
- Be able to fully operate the Line Truck, and climb of poles with spurs or ladder.
- Possession of a valid AZ or ARZ license and a good driver's abstract is preferred;
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Organized, a selfstarter and highly safety oriented.
- Capability to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions.

Licence/Certification:
- Class G license (required)
