Office Clerk - Mississauga, Canada - London Manpower Inc
Description
We are looking for an experienced office clerk to join our teamResponsibilities will include:
- Provide Reception backup
- Help manage couriers and mail distribution
- Manage inventory of office supplies and stationery
- Organize and file company documents
- Organize and maintain office common areas
- Create expense or other reports
- Perform other administrative tasks as required
Qualifications:
- Quick learner who is detailoriented with strong organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Skilled in using Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to follow instructions provided by Managers or other senior members of staff
Salary:
$20.00-$22.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
Experience:
Office Clerk: 1 year (preferred)
