Tollestrup Construction Inc. has been operating within the construction industry since 1940. We mine and manufacture several different types of sand and rock products, while providing concrete aggregates, asphalt related products and services; such as road building, paving, road reclamation, profiling and concrete.
Job Summary:
We are currently looking for
Equipment Operators for our
Base Crews.
In this position, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment, such Skid Steer, and Hoe while working as a team to meet project/job deadlines.
Other general labourer duties are included in this position.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience and knowledge of road construction is considered an asset.
- Must have a minimum of 3 years of heavy equipment experience.
- Must obtain Class 5 Drivers License.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Outstanding time management skills.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Ability to learn new technology and software.
- Selfmotivated and goal orientated.
