Description

Duties:
due to the fact that part of the duties is to maintain a mens locker room including showers, steam room, it is required that we hire a male

Clean and maintain assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, and common areas
Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
Clean and sanitize restroom fixtures and replenish supplies as needed
Wipe down surfaces and remove stains from walls, windows, and furniture
Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor
Adhere to company policies and regulations

## Experience:

Previous experience in commercial cleaning or facilities maintenance preferred
Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment
Ability to work independently and follow instructions
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required
