Inside Sales and Service Coordinator in our
Calgary branch.

As an
Inside Sales and Service Coordinator, you will be responsible to:

Provide exceptional customer service, and work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders;
Understand customer needs, answer calls, and handle walkin traffic as needed;
Provide timely and accurate quotes using CP standard over the counter pricing policies, estimating, and quoting processes;
Read blueprints and perform quantity takeoffs and detail estimates on small projects;
Schedule and coordinate services with inhouse or contract service providers;
Negotiate with our suppliers as to special pricing/discounts;
Act as a brand ambassador and use available opportunities to promote CP products and services that meet the customers' plan and budget;
Take a proactive and professional approach to troubleshooting and have strong organizational abilities.

Your Experience:

Ideally, you possess 25 years of experience in overthecounter building material distribution sales or relevant sales role;
Foundational experience and knowledge of Division 8 and 10 scopes of work, specifically with building openings (doors, frames, and hardware);
Inventory management experience is considered an asset.

Your Skills:

Strong time management skills and ability to work well under pressure;

Creative problem solver who works in a professional manner;
