_We are seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to propel our sales growth_
What will I do?
The
Lead Generation Specialist will be the primary person responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to generate leads for PACE.
You will work closely with the sales teams to identify new business opportunities and create a steady flow of high-quality leads.
Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Develop, implement, and maintain lead generation strategies that aligns with PACE's business objectives.
- Utilization of lead sales intelligence platform and other related services used to enhance the data in our CRM.
- Import/export large volume of data to be sorted via MS Excel
- Collaborate with the Contact Centre Manager to assign leads accordingly to the sales department.
- Run monthly audits on user usage and maintenance of their leads and share the results with the Contact Centre Manager
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics to continuously improve lead generation efforts.
What we need from you:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in lead generation, within a B2B environment
- Proven track record of developing successful lead generation strategies and achieving measurable results.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to communicate with technical and nontechnical audience, ability to communicate through screen sharing or similar processes.
- Selfdriven and motivated with the ability to use own initiative.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions.
- Proficient in using CRM software's such as Salesforce, Pipedrive, HubSpot
- Highly proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, MS Outlook)
Nice to have:
- Degree/diploma in Marketing, or similar program
- Familiar with group insurance/group benefits
Other Details
- This is a hybrid role and will be required to be in the office on two set days a week.
