As the
Technology Specialist you are responsible for streamlining the guest delivery experience while providing an exceptional guest experience

Your main responsibilities include:

Partnering with sales team to maintain daily / weekly delivery schedule including dates, times, and stock numbers of guest vehicles.
Complete all administrative tasks prior to guest pick up.
Partner with internal departments to ensure accessories and predelivery inspection has been completed.
Inspect incoming dealer trade vehicles for damage, items such as navigation cards/wheel locks, and coordinate with sales team regarding dealer trade timing.
Assist each guest in learning the features, and benefits of their vehicle including answering questions, setting up their mobile device, demonstrating usage of features, etc.
