Job description
Core duties:
- Performance Manage a team of approximately 30 Drivers/Brokers
- Single source of contact for all drivers
- Maintain and update Truckmate dispatch software
- Oversee loads from pickup to delivery
- Monitor hours of service
- Maintain records and documentation
- Other duties as required
Qualifications:
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
- Working knowledge of Truckmate and PC Miler is an asset
- Minimum 2 years verifiable experience in a similar role
- Relevant postsecondary education or a combination of related education and experience is required
- Excellent leadership and people skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with others
- Ability to multitask in fast paced environment
- Demonstrate commitment, focus and drive
- Organized and detail oriented
Flexible Language Requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
