    Recreation Programmer II - Design Team

At NVRC, we are dedicated to enhancing the recreation and cultural lives of North Vancouver residents of all ages and abilities.

    ABOUT YOU:

    If you excel at analyzing data and contributing to innovative program development, we want you on our team. Your ability to collaborate, think creatively, and adapt to different scenarios is essential. You will play a vital role in shaping the recreation programs and services offered by NVRC.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Considerable knowledge of recreational, social, and cultural interests in the area.
    • Experience in organized community recreation principles and practices.
    • Proficiency in Recreation registration software and Microsoft Office tools.
    • Strong communication skills to build effective relationships with various stakeholders.
    • A degree in leisure and recreation or related field, along with relevant work experience.
    • Hold a valid Class 5 BC driver's license and have access to a vehicle for work purposes.

    DETAILS:

    • Hourly pay ranges from $36.08 to $42.45.
    • Full-time position with a 35-hour workweek, including shifts on days, evenings, and weekends.
