WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Responsibilities

  • Develop project schedule by optimizing activities sequencing to facilitate project execution.
  • Create Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) to ease project controlling.
  • Plan project resource loading based on schedule and company capacity.
  • Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPI) based on Earned Value Analysis (EVA) and Critical Path Method (CPM).
  • Prepare progress reports, dashboards, cashflow and provide recommendations regarding labor/cost consumption and forecasts compared to initial budget.
  • Extract and analyse information from large databases in order to generate simplified visual reports, providing intuitive variations analysis to the project team and/or executive committee.

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering or any combination of relevant education and experience.
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency with a minimum of one planning software such as MS Project or Primavera P
  • Proficiency with a MS Excel.
  • Bilingualism (Frenchspeaking work environment and mainly Englishspeaking customers/partners)

Assets

  • Proficiency with SAP ERP Systems and with data analysis tool Microsoft Power BI.
  • PMP certification or equivalent.
