Position Overview:


NCSG Crane & Heavy Haul Services is currently searching for a
Fleet & Maintenance Administrator to join our team. This position will be based out of our corporate office located in Acheson, Alberta. The Fleet & Maintenance Administrator will be responsible for supporting the maintenance department through collaboration, document management, tracking, compliance, and maintaining internal systems.


Responsibilities:

Administration:Assist with the maintenance of the internal parts database, ensuring all fleet information is accurate and includes necessary attachments. Provide support in annual inventory counts, and handle license plate cancellations as required. Coordinate recall notices to branch and maintenance managers, update/manage internal software with unit changes and product orders. Add/remove units through Element database system, while updating driver and branch information and managing fuel and maintenance cards issuance, cancellation, and replacement.

Compliance:Oversee NDT Structural Inspection requirements, ensuring all necessary documentation is filed, scanned, uploaded, and distributed to branches.

Crane Asset Management:Maintain internal Crane Asset Management System designed to provide the location of assets and their assigned components.

Electronic Logging Device Support: Provide driver and equipment support to all branches for the company internal Geotab ELD System. Collaborate with Fleet Manager to order necessary products for efficient tracking and monitoring of fleet units.

  • Other duties as required.

Qualifications:


  • Previous experience in a similar role within the trucking or heavy equipment industry is preferred.
  • Previous experience with Fleet Maintenance software an asset.
  • Previous experience with computer software systems used for creating work orders and managing service records.
  • Proven ability to deal productively with internal stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and record keeping.
  • Ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization.
