QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED Education, Certifications and Licenses**College diploma or certificate in Software Development, Computer Programming or a related discipline AND several years of experience in IT QA
Experience
In software QA and testing methodologies
In reviewing statements of requirements, use cases and functional specifications
In preparing test cases
In execution of test cases
In documentation of test results
In troubleshooting software defects
In documenting and analyzing test results
In producing status reports
In systems analysis, data administration and software engineering
Competencies, Skills and Abilities
Client focus, organizational knowledge, communication, innovation, teamwork and leadership.

This position has an assigned location and may allow flexible work options such as remote or hybrid work but the employee must be able to report to the assigned work location at their own cost if required.
