_A Day in the Life_
- _Capture and embrace the craziest of ideas into actionable meeting minutes and meaningful strategies that spur your Trendi team into action._
- _Open your Pinterest and your colour-coding system to invent creative streamlining and filing processes that get the executive's files, documents, and Google Drive into shape._
- _Embrace relationships with our clients and stakeholders to make them feel like they're part of the family_
- _Equip yourself and the team with the office supplies needed and the equipment required to tackle their workday at Trendi and crush all the obstacles that threaten our mission._

_What You Bring to the Table_
- _3+ years of experience passionately embracing and owning your previous Executive Assistant roles in a fast-paced and growing start-up company._
- _3+ years of experience providing executives with support. You love the idea of pursuing a career in Executive Administration or Office Administration SO MUCH that a related degree or certificate sounds like a dream._
- _You're a pro at navigating Calendly, Monday, and Todoist, and you have outstanding organizational and time management skills._
- _You have exceptional communication abilities that foster meaningful connections with stakeholders and can sell just about anyone a bottle of water._
- _You bring a magical bookkeeping and accounting touch that is accompanied by an inexplicable obsession with being the banker in Monopoly._
- _You're enthusiastic about technology and addressing barriers to efficiency by connecting your team with solutions._

_Bonus Qualifications_
- _Bachelor's degree in a field of study that you are passionate about_
- _Experience coordinating events._
