About the Team Hiring
The commercial organization is accountable for delivering the company's revenue plan and for transforming the business.

It is the largest organization at Graitec and is articulated around:


  • The Countries: on the field to offer the best solutions which answer our customers' needs.
  • The Solutions lines: to promote our IP products.
  • The Sales excellence team: in charge of improving our operations, replicating best practices, and making the whole sales organization more successful and productive.

Overview

The Sales Operations Associate (SOA) will be responsible for day-to-day activities that provide support, improve processes, reporting (sales, marketing & services), coaching and develop sales teams by utilizing the CRM tool.

SOA will also be responsible for finding and identifying leads through a variety of resources.


This role requires a desire to stay on the cutting edge of technology, research, and present findings to help business goals, with emphasis on CRM and prospect list building.

You will report directly to the Sales Transformation & Excellence Director and will be part of the sales excellence organization.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Compiling prospect lists and performing preliminary research utilizing online resource tools.
  • Providing support and assistance across all go to market teams (sales, marketing & services) with data reporting and processes.
  • Assist with lead creation with use of external data mining.
  • Support CRM adoption and handle ongoing training, support, and engagement.
  • CRM Reporting and Dashboards requirements.
  • Provide frontend user support by addressing daytoday requests and develop documentation and training to support usability and adoption.
  • Gather data using CRM and other datamining techniques.
  • Perform various data entry and other administrative duties.
  • Assists data enrichment projects by leveraging thirdparty data providers.

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English and French
  • Understanding of CRM systems
  • Dynamics preferred, but not required.
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure.
  • Experience working in a teamoriented, collaborative environment.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, ability to explain highly complex concepts in simple terms.
