Telecon is looking for an energetic and career minded individual to take on the position of Summer Student within our growing team.

As a Summer Student you will assist with the Project Control Office by supporting the Project Managers.

Responsibilities:

Assisting with purchase orders and invoicing
Assisting with reports and minor material orders
Covering for absence/vacation
Organizing and entering packing slips
Any and all other duties as assigned in order to meet Company objectives.

Requirements:

Must be enrolled in fulltime postsecondary school, returning in September 202
Postsecondary education in Finance or Administration preferred
Some Project Administrative experience is an asset
Experience with project tracking, purchase orders and invoicing
Computer literacy in Windows, Microsoft Office and Outlook
Intermediate level Excel skills required
Proven time management skills with the ability to set priorities and meet objectives
Effective oral and written communication skills
Ability to work and focus on multiple projects in a fastpaced environment with an upbeat attitude
Dynamic, good communication skills and able to maintain excellent relations with peers, customers and internal resources
Organized, selfdisciplined, reliable and capable of evaluating the workload and obtaining cooperation from other departments
Ability to work independently without constant supervision
