CANDIDATE PROFILE

Education and Experience
Required

  • 4year degree from an accredited university, preferably in a technology or business discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 6 years' experience in the business, technology, sales and marketing, management operations, or related professional area
  • Demonstrated ability to assess customer needs, creatively approach solutions, and decide and influence appropriate courses of action
  • Excellent communicator, both written and spoken. Must be able to explain product vision, business objective, technical feasibility, define requirements, and technical implementations
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver results under challenging conditions, particularly when faced with complexity, ambiguity, and aggressive timelines
  • Experience navigating a highly matrixed work environment where collaboration with multiple stakeholders is required to meet the needs of numerous competing priorities.
  • Able to motivate and drive results across business owners that do not directly report to you
Preferred

  • Deep Knowledge of Salesforce functionality is preferred
  • Experience in or knowledge of Agile/Scrum software development practices preferred
