The Phaeton Automotive Group is looking for a Service Advisor to join our growing team at Lexus of London in London, ON

Responsibilities:
- Wellrounded background in customer service and having the ability to greet customers promptly and courteously during their arrival for service.
- Obtaining customer and vehicle data and scheduling appointments and conducting vehicle walk arounds.
- Having the ability to maintain knowledge of current vehicle technology and servicing process.
- Maintain communication with customers and explain the recommended maintenances and required repairs by describing symptoms, problems and causes discovered.
- Sustains a high attention to detail and a positive attitude in a fastpaced environment
- Ability to listen and document customers problems and concerns and asking probing questions, having the ability to present what the value is in maintaining their vehicle.
- Takes selfinitiative to execute tasks but is also motivated in a team environment to achieve common goals.
- Ability to review work performed with customers and explain charges.
Requirement:
- Valid Driver's License with a clean and recent driver abstract.
- Able to establish and maintain good working relations with customers and staff by providing courteous, efficient and professional service.
- Exceptional customer service and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
- Knowledge and understanding of mechanical components of automobiles.
- Availability: Monday
- Friday from 7:30am to 5:00pm
Experience - Nice to Have:

Mandarin is an asset:
- Reynolds experience is an asset
- Parts background and/or knowledge preferred
