Accounts Payable Clerk*
Your day-to-day will look like:
  • Manage the Accounts Payable process:
  • Communicates with vendors and deals with all inquiries in a timely manner
  • Reconciliation of all vendor statements
  • Meets month end deadlines
  • Collaborate with Senior Accountant to maintain Accounts Receivables

Qualifications:


  • Years of experience: minimum of 12 years in accounts payable
  • Education: Accounting Diploma or equivalent
  • Considered an asset:
  • Construction industry experience

Technical Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly skilled in data entry
  • Proficient in organizing electronic files
  • Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Interpersonal Skills:

  • Team player
  • Skilled in problem solving
  • Strong attention to detail
