Position Summary


The Recruitment & Admissions Assistant role will support the student enrolment activities of the Master's Programs at the Alberta School of Business.

This includes all of our local programs including the MBA, Executive MBA, Master of Accounting, and Master of Management Analytics degree.


Duties

  • Manages the prospective student database and CRM.
  • Completes minor edits and updates on program webpages to ensure information is accurate and up to date.
  • Helps to develop promotional material, presentations, and other materials to promote the various graduate business programs.
  • Support general recruitment strategies by participating in recruitment events including information sessions and MBA Open House.
  • Assists with the development, participation, and implementation of recruiting events, travel and logistics.

Qualifications

  • Related Undergraduate degree required.
  • Prior communications or customer service representation experience is an asset.
  • Good interpersonal and written communication skills.
  • Uptodate knowledge of University of Alberta procedures, policies, programs, calendar information and FGPS regulations.
  • Good working knowledge of Google Workspace.
  • Training on Campus Solutions and GSMS.
  • Attention to detail and ability to process numerical calculations (i.e. grade point averages).
