The primary objective of the SMB Sales Enablement team is to optimize sales, activations and revenue by maximizing all conversations with customers to ensure that every customer is aware of all of the value Bell has to offer and that they get the most out of their Bell services.
As a specialist on our SMB team, you will be expected to manage a broad range of projects simultaneously including but not limited to the leading and development of agent communication tactics, managing strategic hype campaigns, partnering with the operations team to maximize effectiveness, as well as assisting in trend analysis.
Job Duties/ Accountabilities:
- Develop, recommend, implement quarterly hype campaigns with compelling messaging to attain and improve sales through all sales channels
- Interface with channel primes, operations and marketing partners to review upcoming offers and strategies
- Deliver simple, clear and effective job aids relating to pricing, offers, product, processes, etc.
- Agency coordination for internal marketing creative (theme, job aids, videos, microsite, incentive creatives)
- Plan marketing content & communication (selling sheets, SB newsletter etc)
- Prepare training program strategies, scripting and positioning for representatives
- Interface with operations team to maximize communication effectiveness
Critical Qualifications/Competencies:
- University degree in a relevant discipline (i.e. Marketing, Business or Finance)
- A passion for creativity and innovation the ability to recognize new opportunities and incorporate new ideas
- Strong interpersonal skills and team focus, with ability to lead and work within immediate, extended and multidisciplinary teams
- Superior analytical skills and comfortable with managing data
- Highly motivated, proactive, self driven, dynamic and resultsoriented
- Sound analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
- Excellent written and oral communications
- Easily adapts to change
- Strong ability to work on a number of deliverables concurrently
