The Opportunity:

For this role's duty and responsibility we anticipate that you will be in the office up to 25% of time.

A Day in the Life:

Design and develop bestinclass instructional materials, including presentations, training manuals, elearning modules and other multimedia resources, to support various learning initiatives
Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders at all levels of the business to analyze training and development needs and design targeted training solutions
Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, surveys, and feedback to measure learning outcomes and make necessary improvements.
As needed, support the training facilitation team by facilitating virtual or inperson training sessions, webinars and workshops
Administers the learning management system (LMS), ensuring course content is up to date, managing user access and tracking training completion
Understand and design with the target audience in mind
Work with a sense of urgency to meet deadlines
Prioritize and pivot in a changing environment
Manage multiple assignments while working independently and with other teams
Create content with the tone of the O2E Brand and following brand guidelines
Ensure quality and consistency of content and effectiveness of project based training delivery

What You Bring to the Table:

3+ years of Learning & Development success in assessment, design, development and delivery of learning solutions
A bachelor's degree, professional designation, technical certification and/or equivalent experience in instructional design, adult education, learning technology or related field
Strong communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills for working with individuals at all levels within the organization
Capable of offering creative instructional designs for a blended learning environment incorporating both synchronous and asynchronous options
2+ years of experience in elearning design using authoring tools, such as, Articulate Storyline 360
Proactive, selfmotivated and demonstrated ability to work independently and virtually with mínimal guidance
Strong attention to detail
Ability to deal with ambiguity, and proactively address change in direction and friction points
Comfortable getting work done through others by collaboration and influence in order to achieve shared objectives
