Cambridge Hyundai is looking for a
3rd Year Apprentice
Automotive Service Technician to join our growing team We strive to provide the best customer service & top-notch repair / maintenance work. You will play a crucial customer experience role by servicing customer vehicles.

Your Day to Day:


  • Perform oil & filter changes
  • Sell lubrication, safety inspection, & related services
  • Perform complete multipoint inspection on vehicles. Mark required items on list & present findings to Service Advisor
  • Mount/balance/rotate/repair tires & add air as needed
  • Perform diagnostics, repairs, & maintenance
  • Inspect hoses, belts, plugs, fuel systems, brakes, & other items
  • Inspect motors in operation, road test, & test systems & components using computerized diagnostics & other devices to diagnose & isolate faults
  • Adjust, repair, or replace parts & components including fuel system, brakes, steering & suspension, engine & drive train, emission control & exhaust, cooling & climate control, & electrical & electronic systems

What You Bring to the Table:

  • 3rd year Automotive Technician apprenticeship completed or in progress preferred
  • Oil change & tire experience is an asset
  • Basic computer skills
  • Professional demeanor and strong work ethic
  • Shop / dealership experience preferred
  • A valid driver's license & safe driving history is required
