We are currently seeking a
Counter Sales Manager to become an integral part of our
Mississauga location

Ensure a high level of customer service, responding to customers' needs in an efficient, accurate and professional manner
Manage the operations functions at the counter including warehousing, expenses, budgeting and inventory
Communicate to and train employees on proper processes and subprocesses, as well as equipment usage and maintenance
Implement company procedures
Supervise all counter personnel
Maintain showroom/display area and coordinate customer/supplier functions in conjunction with sales team (i.e. counter days, product sessions, and barbecues).

Skills & Qualifications:

23 years related industrial, supervisory and sales experience considered as a strong asset
College degree in business or equivalent education would be considered a strong asset
