    Signing Bonus $2500 (Full-time position)

    Recent Nursing Grads can expense half of their exam and registration fees at 2 months working with ParaMed, and the other half at 6 months.

  • We're hiring full-time and part-time RNs in Muskoka's community settings (Huntsville, Bracebridge, and Gravenhurst)
  • Pay-per-visit model.

    • In this clinic nursing role, as a Registered Nurse you will have scheduled visits to care for patientsin our clinic setting. You will work with patients of all ages with differing complexity of care needs and play a key role in helping patients remain comfortable in their homes for as long as possible.

    • What you'll do:

  • Using appropriate assessment tools/techniques to assess patients' individualized needs
  • Executing and continuously monitor care plans
  • Engagingpatients using a collaborative approach by building rapport and trust
  • Maintaining and update professional patient records related to patient encounters and plans

    • What you bring:

  • Registration with the CNO as a Registered Nurse or Registered Practical Nurse in good standing
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is required
  • Experience in delivering community care is an asset
  • Reliability and flexibility
  • Willingness to travel to and from patientresidences within a designated area
  • Passion for making a difference in your community
  • Required on-call coverage, including after hours to ensure patient safety and to meet patient care needs
