This is a hybrid job

Develop marketing and outreach strategy for recruitment and screening
Develop marketing campaigns, attend trade shows, career fairs, volunteer fairs and community & school events to meet youth
Develop social media campaigns and manage distributions
Reach out and register to all schools, public announcements and community public spaces to market the program
Schedule and ensure attendance to workshops
Reach out to speakers and book them when needed
Plan and coordinate 1 large community virtual event and 2 community projects related to academic and career exploration and development
Collect data and do assessments to create a final report
Manage and organize all necessary filing and information regarding client
Be able to advise about career and academic development or find resources to help clients when needed
Must possess solid administrative skills and have a demonstrated ability to use MS Office products, Web browsers and other online research tools and social media platforms
Must be able to use Canva or other Graphic Design Tools
Some Experience in Google Analytics is an asset
Must be able to develop content and use social media platforms correctly
Experience in inperson and virtual event planning is an asset
Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
Enjoy a wide variety of tasks in a fastpaced environment
Strong team player, with the ability to prioritize and problem solve
Experience working with diverse cultural groups whether in school or work environment

Must have a valid driver's license and have a reliable vehicle to use:

Must be able to set up trade show booths and manage them
Must be able to present publicly and be comfortable with networking
Must be able to work nights and weekends and
must have a flexible schedule:
Must have some volunteer work experience preferably in one of Achev's Youth programs including, EmpowHER, Y2A or ES4Y or any experience that has leadership roles like coaching or tutoring
This is a hybrid job (internet and space to work virtually is an asset)
Be Canadian Citizen, Permanent Resident, or person to whom refugee protection has been conferred under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act and must be legally entitled to work in Canada in accordance with relevant provincial/territorial legislation and regulations
