Reporting to the Director, Business Integration, the Business Integration Manager supports the implementation and change management of business processes within Canadian Document Services (CDS).

This includes launching new CDS and/or supplier products and services and transitioning work from other businesses.


Main Accountabilities:


  • Manage a team of Change Integration Specialists; responsible for hiring, managing demand and capacity and managing their performance.
  • Develop strategic plans for areas of responsibility and participates in departmental, intra divisional and companywide projects as well as road mapping for CDS Services.
  • Review Business Partner product/service needs, provide solution options to meet the need, monitor the initiative through the integration lifecycle and ensure implementation is completed on time, within budget, and meets client expectations.
  • Develop processes and tools used throughout the integration lifecycle.
  • Identifies and drives continuous improvements.
