Reporting to the Director, Business Integration, the Business Integration Manager supports the implementation and change management of business processes within Canadian Document Services (CDS).
Main Accountabilities:
- Manage a team of Change Integration Specialists; responsible for hiring, managing demand and capacity and managing their performance.
- Develop strategic plans for areas of responsibility and participates in departmental, intra divisional and companywide projects as well as road mapping for CDS Services.
- Review Business Partner product/service needs, provide solution options to meet the need, monitor the initiative through the integration lifecycle and ensure implementation is completed on time, within budget, and meets client expectations.
- Develop processes and tools used throughout the integration lifecycle.
- Identifies and drives continuous improvements.

- Ability to collaborate across multiple teams and stakeholders including senior leaders
