Our restaurant has two floors (99 indoor seats) and 2 patios (100 outdoor seats) and is located in the bustling heart of The Beaches.

This is a sales driven & operations-based front-of-house management position.

  • Must have at least 2+ years of Restaurant Management experience (in a large, highvolume environment)
  • Must have at least 2+ years of Bartending experience
  • Must have at least 3+ years of Serving experience
  • A passion for wine, cocktails and fine dining
A high proficiency is required in the following departments:

  • Extensive cocktail knowledge
  • Strong technical skillset (Silverware, Push Operations, Excel, Canva/Photoshop/InDesign)
  • Sales and marketing strategies
  • Creating efficiencies in stepsofservice
  • Coaching & counselling experience

Compensation
- $22.50 / hour
- $15,000.00 to $20,000.00 gratuities / year (will be required to serve and bartend as needed)
