AMJ Campbell Kitchener-Waterloo is looking for an organized, customer-service focused individual who is interested in joining our team on the front line as a full-time _commercial move supervisor_.

We offer a fast-paced work environment where you can work in teams with other dedicated and driven team members, stay in shape all year round (no gym required) and the fulfillment of making each of our valued customers moves the best that it can be

No moving industry experience required - bring your leadership, problem solving and service experience and we can work on the rest.

Requirements:

Experience providing great service in a fastpaced environment
Dependable, hardworking, efficient and trustworthy
Able to load, unload and move products and materials by hand or with basic material handling equipment; inventory, wrap goods; pack and unpack goods; transport and distribute materials and goods all with care and respect.
Valid G class drivers license and clean driving record (CVOR) mandatory (willing to drive 26ft gclass trucks with proper training through AMJ driver program)
Able to manage and direct 810 or more commercial staff during moves
Excellent customer service skills
Must be reliable, mature and physically fit (able to lift 50lbs, use stairs, bending, twisting on a regular basis)
Handy with tools and installing and dismantling basic furniture as required (training provided)
Have your own steeltoed boots/shoes
Available to work weekends and evenings (if/when required). May be tasked with assisting the household, warehouse or specialized logistics division, as required.
2+ years previous experience in a busy commercial/office moving environment an asset, but not mandatory
